The company is mainly located in the rapidly developing light medical aesthetic track, and is a high-tech company dedicated to the one-stop solution of productions and sales, research and development for the whole industrial chain of consumables, products and devices. The company has a 1,000 square meters of 100,000-grade purification plant, 500 square meters of 100,000-grade purification workshop, with secondary reverse osmosis purified water system, constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system, clean compressed air system; 350 square meters of physical and chemical laboratories, 10,000 biological laboratories (positive control, biological limits, aseptic laboratory); more than 100 sets of supporting experimental equipment (gas chromatography / monolithic / camera / tensile test / fatigue test / constant temperature aging box / autoclave / cryogenic refrigerator, etc.), in line with the standards of the National Food and Drug Administration, meeting the requirements from the National Food and Drug Administration of all the highest standards for the production of Class III medical devices, in line with the ISO 13485 quality management system and to ensure effective implementation. The production workshop has introduced the domestic leading technology of Disposable Sterile Injection Needle automatic assembly line equipment and advanced process equipment, customized special molds, more stable and efficient operation, to meet the requirements of production speed and precision, to ensure a high degree of consistency of the product in the process of assembly and processing, which greatly improves the product qualification rate. The current layout consists of three main lines: 1. all consumables (short-term) (9 needles/5 needles/blunt needles/sharp needles/Roller Needles); 2. hyaluronic acid/recombinant Collagen and flax products (medium-term) 3. radiofrequency anti-aging/ultrasonic slimming/photorejuvenation type of active devices (long-term). At present, we have obtained 9 Class I Medical Device Registration Certificates, 2 Class II Medical Device Registration Certificates (Roller Needle, Hydrafacial Machine), 4 Class III Medical Device Registration Certificates (Injection Needle With 9 Pins, Blunt-End Needle, Sharp Needle, PRP ), and there are still some products in the testing stage, and it is expected that we can obtain 3 Class II Medical Device Registration Certificates in 2024 (Ureteral Flexible Lens, Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen). Now, we have obtained 2 invention patents, 5 utility model patents and 2 design patents.
